To assist you in responding to the RFA, trainings from the applicant workshops are provided here for your use. You will also need a copy of the DFC RFA to reference as you view the trainings. The workshops FY09 DFC Application FAQ's are also available. Please remember that the RFA is the final authority and guidance document for your application. All other materials are merely support documents to assist you in responding to the RFA.
Please note the presentations require Internet Explorer 5.0 or
later, Netscape Navigator 7.0 or later, or Internet Explorer 5.2.2
or later for Mac.

Download Instructions
1. Click on link
2. Save file to c: drive.
3. Open ZIP file when the file is done downloading
4. Click on extract button.
5. Create a directory called washington_dc
6. Click "Extract."
7. The files will be saved into the "washington_dc" directory
8. Open the directory and click on scan.hta. This will start the presentation.
9. Allow your browser to allow blocked content.
