Q. When do I get an official Notice of Grant Award?
A. It will arrive via USPS from SAMHSA within one month of August 22, 2007.
Q. How do I access grant dollars?
A. You access them through the “Payment Management System” (PMS).

Q. When and where is the New Grantee Training?
A. The dates are now confirmed for January 7-9, 2008 in Washington, DC. You will soon be receiving additional information regarding the training agenda and hotel reservations. In the meantime, please make your travel arrangements. The training will begin at 8:00 am on Monday, January 7 and will conclude at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, January 9.
The New Grantee Training is for DFC grantees that are currently in Year 1 or Year 6 of their funding cycles.
Q. What if my coalition’s name does not appear on the website?
A. If your coalition/fiscal agent’s name does not appear on the website, it indicates that you did not receive a DFC grant this year.
Q. If I didn’t get funded, may I apply next year?
A. Yes, and there will be grant application workshops as soon as the FY 2008 RFA is released. We anticipate that the funding cycle timeline will be very close to the timeline this year.
Q. When will I get my peer review score and summary statements?
A. It will arrive via USPS from SAMHSA within two months of August 22, 2007.
